Each record is a custom made Item, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or issue refunds, nor exchanges once the cutting process has started.

What file types do you accept

Please send all files through the Wetransfer.com link. I will not accept files from any other site or email. Google drive maybe, WAV, MP3, ACC, FLAC, OGG, don't send WMA files.

Why Is the record sounding distorted

Push the playback needle so it can fall right in the groove. The stylus may be riding between the grooves. This is a common occurrence with embossed records, and there is nothing wrong with your record.
